I have been teaching on the courses: Cancer Genetics, Epigenetics, Basic Protein Chemistry and Proteomics with Clinical Applications, 2D DIGE and analysis of proteomics data

Organization & Leadership

Leading organizer: 4 consecutive CancerBio Summer Schools – Amazing Cancer Race, Biocentrum Helsinki Summit of PhD’s in Life Sciences at ChemBio.  

During Amazing Cancer Race we raised public awareness to cancer and with help of AMGEN and GE Healthcare raised funds for Finnish Cancer Society (FCS).

I was responsible for all aspects of my research, and had to develop a broad range of key skills to ensure the  success of my Ph.D.

Achievement of which I am proud is that I set up 2D DIGE technique in previous lab on my own.
